What do I need to use Pro booking?

You just need a smartphone (Android or iOS) to install the App. You can get the App for free in the Google Playstore and Appstore.

Is Pro booking free?

Yes. Pro booking is for free and the registration just takes you 3 minutes. So the easiest way to test it is to download it and open an account.
If you want to try Pro booking before you register, you can also use our demo account. Just log into the app with the username: demoprobooking.de and password: 123.

What do I have to do to use Pro booking as a trainer?

To use Pro Booking as a trainer you need to register for a Pro Booking account.
To do so, we will ask you to provide your name, a valid e-mail address, and a password on www.probooking.de/register. Please note that your e-mail address will be used as your username.
Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account. Just follow the link in the email and your account will be activated. Now you can edit your profile and invite customers.

How do I edit my profile after registration?

Just log in at www.probooking.de/register to edit your profile. We recommend that you upload a picture to the frontpage and that you enter at least one name in „Profil“. It is also important to enter in the services that you want to offer under „Einzelstunden“ so that your coustumers can book with the App. Please keep in mind that changes you make will not be visible until you log in again.

How can my coustumers use the app?

You have to invite your coustumers so that they can use the app. Log in at www.probooking.de/register and go to the menu item „clients“. There, you can enter a client with a valid e-mail adress. Click the apodt (?) button, and your costumer is in the system! After that, you can invite the client by clicking on the “Invite“ button. The costumer will receive an e-mail with the information. As soon the costumer follows the link from that e-mail, the account is activated and can log in to the app and make appointments.

How does the communication between costumers and trainers work?

You can communicate around the appointments with Push messages. Typical messages would be “I will be 5 minutes late“ or „Bring your running shoes“. In case of deleted, changed, or new appointments you and the costumer will receive a Push message or an email.

Will Pro booking stay free?

We guarantee that Pro booking will be free in 2015. Of course we want to earn some money with the app if it is useful for you as costumers. That’s why we will think about pricing models by the end of the year, with the help of your feedback. But, you can be sure that it won’t exceed the prices of our competitors.
